BeHome Interiors mainly produces furniture with a fairly simple, clean-lined design. Horizontal and vertical lines, as well as angles. However, curves do occasionally find their way into a project where they are required, or to add a welcome touch of style or individuality. This is the case with this bespoke desk featuring rounded lines, created by our team in Brussels.
Current situation
In this contemporary flat in Brussels, BeHome Interiors has been commissioned to carry out several projects. The living room, fitted cupboards, a kitchen and… the bedroom, where, in addition to a walk-in wardrobe with black fronts, our client would like a desk to be fitted. A bespoke desk that shouldn’t take up too much space, intended for checking emails from time to time and doing a bit of administrative work.

A piece of furniture in black and wood
Two elegant colour schemes feature in this bespoke office unit in Brussels. Running the full length of the window, the matt black unit is shallow so as not to take up too much floor space, whilst still providing a considerable amount of storage space.
Wood to give the desk character
The oak-effect melamine desktop really brings out the warm character of the piece. Its profile continues discreetly into the black unit that extends from it.
Curves and proportions
The desk area, too, had to take up very little space in this master bedroom. Just enough for the Apple computer, its keyboard, the mouse and a few documents. A bespoke design allows for complete freedom, down to the millimetre.
