This living room design in Lenningen was created and installed by BeHome Interiors Luxembourg as part of a complete interior refurbishment of a flat. Beautiful, large and unusual bespoke furniture pieces are the hallmarks of this project. Lenningen’s living room design is first created in 3D
With a large wall area, a spacious living room layout
A long wall stretching over 8 metres, with no doors or windows, is a godsend for both a homeowner and a bespoke furniture designer. In this living room in Lenningen, the possibilities for creativity are endless. The chosen design is a clever combination of storage, the elegance of wood and a space for children. The furniture modules slide and unfold, revealing hidden drawers for parents and children alike… A playful piece of furniture, in a way!

Large living room unit
As the living room is truly very large, the wall against which the first piece of furniture has been placed is subtly utilised. It gives pride of place to storage units such as cupboards with white, handle-free doors. The wood of the latticework and shelves lends a lovely warmth to the whole.
Contrasting furniture in the living room
Enclosed sections, open sections, varying lengths, vertical and horizontal lines… this living room piece embraces deconstruction to avoid monotony and predictability. It fulfils its roles as both practical storage and a decorative feature in perfect harmony. Above all, it lends the room a real sense of style.
Table, chairs, lighting…
BeHome Interiors offers not only ‘bespoke’… but also ‘off-the-catalogue’ options! This living room design in Lenningen is given an extra touch of prestige with this large table and armchairs from the beautiful design brand Bonaldo. The lighting in this project is also part of the recommendations from the BeHome Interiors team, who are particularly keen on interior design and designer pieces.
Music room…
The piano is a piece of furniture in its own right and a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that deserves to be shown off to its best advantage! The living room’s design has certainly not overlooked this – far from it – and gives it a place of honour, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the rest of the room. The screen and a shelf sit there discreetly, whilst high-quality wallpaper provides the perfect backdrop.
A second large piece of furniture in the living room: for the TV and vinyl records
Opposite the first piece of furniture shown above, another wall – of a more conventional size – features a piece in the same colours and materials.
This is also a multi-purpose piece, serving as a TV stand, a record cabinet and a cupboard, providing even more storage space. The photos speak for themselves: such an impressive vinyl collection simply had to have a bespoke unit worthy of the passion it exudes. The turntable, of course, has its own place, ready to play any of these precious records at a moment’s notice.
