The television and its TV stand blend into a room with a wooden floor
The white and wood tones proposed by BeHome Interiors reflect the client’s desire for simplicity, elegance and harmony. In this modern flat near Luxembourg, the bespoke TV unit in the living room visually complements the existing floating parquet flooring with its beautiful high-density chipboard top, whilst the unit’s fronts match the room’s white walls.
When Mrs Zena J. contacted BeHome Interiors in Luxembourg, she was looking for a classic low unit to house her television, as well as a separate storage unit. During the first appointment at her home, the room’s potential immediately caught the eye of our interior designer, who saw an opportunity to create an original TV unit. He suggested adding height to the unit using narrow shelves, thereby giving it a striking presence and providing space for decorative items. The solid wood screen adds a great deal of warmth and a sense of lightness.
The Claustra: that little extra touch for this elegant and practical TV stand
Our interior designer suggested, on the one hand, incorporating practical furniture into the ensemble (a cupboard with a large door, a low unit with drawers, and a shelf for decorative items). Secondly, the solid wood wall screen, approximately one metre wide and extending up to the ceiling, adds a warm and discreet yet striking design touch, lending the room an undeniable sense of originality.
Alcoves have been incorporated in a random pattern to showcase certain decorative items.
